We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Operations Specialist to support our mortgage lending team and ensure a smooth, compliant loan process from application through closing. This role plays a key part in preparing disclosures, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and members.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and processing loan estimates, re-disclosures, and closing disclosures
- Reviewing and auditing loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinating with loan originators, title partners, and members to gather required information
- Managing and prioritizing a daily loan pipeline to meet deadlines
- Addressing compliance alerts and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies
- Providing administrative and customer service support to the mortgage team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in mortgage processing, lending, or accounting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing systems
