Job Description / Responsibility
Job Context: We OCTOBER4128 (BD) Ltd. looking for energetic, honest, and ambitious fresh graduate(s) to join our team as for this coveted position. Selected candidate(s) will undergo a structured training rotation across different departments and will be given their performance appropriate role after the training period.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal-external stakeholders
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare agendas, meeting briefs and reports.
- Attend meetings when required and take accurate minutes, follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Manage & cater to the CEO`s personal and professional needs.
- Coordinate with senior management, departments, board members, and external partners to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Track deadlines, commitments, and deliverables assigned by the CEO.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and information sharing in the manner it was intended.
- Travel and perform duties anywhere in the country as advised.
- Participate in structured training programs and departmental rotations
- Complete assigned projects, case studies, and assessments.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Educational Requirements
- Masters
- Skills Required: Quick learner, Multitasking, Tech Savvy, Honest and dedicated, Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Discretion and trustworthiness, Proactive and Positive attitude, Adaptability and Resilience
Experience Requirements
- At most 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to juggle multiple task at the same time with patience.
- Eager to learn new things and actively exercise them in the suitable manner.
- Masters degree is a minimum requirement.
