- Network installation, configuration and maintenance related to router, switch, firewall, FTTH (G/EPON).
- Configure and monitor BGP, OSPF, MPLS protocols related to Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik devices.
- Design network layouts to ensure optimal performance, coverage and scalability.
- Monitor network speed, connectivity and identify network performance bottlenecks.
- Network troubleshooting for connectivity issues raised by customers.
- Server, system, billing and MRTG management.
- Server virtualization and backup system management.
- Coordinate and configure with upstream providers (IIG, IX, NTTN).
- QoS and bandwidth management to give optimal performance to customers.
- Understand customer's requirements and provide solutions.
- Prepare technical and BTRC related reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 6-7 years
- Education: bachelor of science (b.sc.)
- Skills: network engineering, computer network operations, cisco networking, network management, network design, network administration, cisco technologies, mpls networking, network configuration, network capacity planning
