We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Network and System Admin** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring our network infrastructure, servers, and daily office hardware run seamlessly. ### 📌 Key Responsibilities
**Network & Infrastructure Management**
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, including **Cisco and MikroTik** routers and switches.
* Coordinate with **ISPs** to ensure maximum uptime, stable connectivity, and swift issue resolution.
* Perform regular system monitoring, software updates, and secure data backups.
**System Administration & Support**
* Set up, manage, and maintain **Windows and Linux** servers.
* Demonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of desktop support, OS installation, and **Virtual Machine (VM)** setup.
* Handle basic Linux system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
**Hardware & Office Operations**
* Install, configure, and manage office equipment, printers, and underlying hardware.
* Set up, support, and maintain **CCTV surveillance** and **biometric attendance systems**.
* Provide timely technical support to internal staff to minimize downtime.
### 🎯 Educational & Experience Requirements
* **Education:** BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a related technical field.
* **Experience:** 2 to 3 years of professional experience in IT support, network administration, or a system admin role.
### 💻 Technical Skills & Competencies
* Solid understanding of networking concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, and IP assignment).
* Hands-on familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, a quick-learning mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
