This role will support the day-to-day activities for the office.
The role is suited to a task-orientated, diligent, and proactive person with strong communication, IT, teamwork & problem solving skills.
Skills/Qualifications
Experience in an office environment essential.
Proficiency in Office applications; specifically, MS Excel, and Email and strong typing skills.
Warehousing/stock management system experience an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
A can-do and proactive approach to daily problem solving.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with management, customers, drivers and team in a professional and helpful manner.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
Ability to follow instructions and achieve results quickly.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Depending on Experience
Schedule
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (overtime and Saturdays when required)
