Job Responsibility
Handle all employee documentation, including letters and correspondence related to employment, promotion, and transfers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and on/off boarding.
Manage attendance, unpaid leave, employee benefits, and welfare.
Maintain and regularly update employees’ personal records.
Handle staff reimbursement claims and meticulously monitor and manage expenses.
Monitor all office expenses, including utilities (electricity, water, telephone, etc.).
Oversee office cleaning, refreshment, and housekeeping services.
Manage various office administration activities, such as annual office license renewals and renovations.
Establish effective communication with the office building management for tasks like access card applications, tenancy agreements, and contracts.
Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
Perform additional tasks and duties delegated by management as needed.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Demonstrated organizational efficiency and ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Discreet, proactive, meticulous, responsible.
