SERVPRO is the leader in water and fire restoration for both residential and commercial customers.
We’re seeking someone who has experience delivering exceptional customer service, can multitask and is an EXCELLENT Communicator. You will perform administrative activities, answer phones and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will help manage all projects, schedule subcontractors and ensure all insurance job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation.

Position Requirements
1+ year(s) of office administration
Full mastery of MS Office
EXCEPTIONAL organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
Demonstrated history of ability and growth in an office environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Ability to learn new software and proprietary software
Experience in customer service industry environment a plus
Prior Restoration industry experience preferred
College degree desirable
