We are a well-established HVAC company in Kitsap County seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Admin to join our team. This role involves answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Manage scheduling, paperwork, and general administrative duties
Support overall office organization and team needs
Qualifications:
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
