The Opportunity – Office Administration Assistant

This excellent admin support opportunity is ideal for somebody looking for an organisationally focussed, but nicely varied role. This is a fantastic position within a well-established company where you can develop your professional, transferrable and commercial skills. Duties will include:

Providing internal support to users of our ERP system.

Maintaining system information (Data Inputting)

Supporting the department Manager with projects and other related tasks.

Accumulating data and filing correspondence.

Person Specification – Office Administration Assistant

Previous experience in an admin support / office clerk role is preferred but not essential.

Accurate Data Inputting.

Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft office packages.

Ideally have Kerridge K809 experience, but not essential.

Strong organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Friendly and approachable.

Motivated with good attention to detail.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Immediate start preferable.
