Our client, a growing construction contractor, is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment.

About The Role

This is a front-facing role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception, calls and visitor interactions
  • Coordinate onboarding and staff inductions
  • Maintain office operations including supplies and meeting rooms
  • Manage mail, couriers and office logistics
  • Support team with admin tasks and events
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in office administration or reception
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident multitasker in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, professional and approachable attitude
  • Current QLD Driver Licence
