Our client, a growing construction contractor, is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment.
About The Role
This is a front-facing role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception, calls and visitor interactions
- Coordinate onboarding and staff inductions
- Maintain office operations including supplies and meeting rooms
- Manage mail, couriers and office logistics
- Support team with admin tasks and events
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in office administration or reception
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident multitasker in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional and approachable attitude
- Current QLD Driver Licence
