We’re looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Assistant and play an important role in managing the recruitment process for both our clients and candidates. This role is a key hire for the business, and we’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, focused environment. If you’re experinced in providing excellent support, delivering outstanding customer service, paying close attention to detail, and handling multiple tasks with a “no job too small” attitude, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What we’re looking for:

Your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to):

Registering new candidates

A lot of telephone work

Updating and improving the database

Responding to new enquiries and applications

Composing, editing and positing job adverts on our database, website, and specific job boards

Handling the candidate registration process

Sending interview and meeting confirmations

General reception and office admin duties

Supporting social media and event planning

Helping with ad hoc graphic design tasks

Managing email inboxes and telephone answering

Creating company documents

Assisting with the recruitment process
