Job Title: Marketing Specialist and/or Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Specialist and/or Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team. This dual-role position blends strategic and hands-on marketing responsibilities with executive-level administrative support. You will lead marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional platforms while directly supporting the CEO with scheduling, communication, and project coordination. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is excited to help drive growth and efficiency from both an operational and brand-building perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities (Digital & Traditional):
Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Design and manage paid social media ad campaigns, including targeting, testing, and reporting
Produce and edit short-form videos for social media and promotional use
Develop and manage print materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage
Coordinate and promote local events, sponsorships, and community outreach efforts
Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and inform future strategy
Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
Coordinate internal and external meetings, communications, and follow-ups
Draft professional emails, memos, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
Handle travel arrangements, event logistics, and itinerary planning
Assist in project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring task completion
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to the CEO and the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (digital and/or traditional) and administrative support
Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and video editing software
Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad creation, and performance analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and a high level of discretion
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience working with senior executives or within a startup/small business environment
Portfolio of relevant marketing work (ads, videos, print material, etc.)

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
