Role Description

This is a full-time Office Administrator role located on-site in Anchorage, AK. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative duties of the office, including but not limited to managing office equipment and supplies, handling communications with employees and clients. Responsible for verifying project daily work reports for employee hours, tracking load counts and doing trucking/load count summaries. Work with the Contract Administrator on locates, printing plans and specs, municipal and state permitting, electronic job filing, oversize/overweight permits, vehicle and equipment file management. Work with field personnel to get them assistance as needed.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills

Proficiency with office equipment (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)

Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication

Strong customer service skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Experience in construction or a related industry is a plus

Associates degree in Business or Office Administration helpful
