Do you like working in a small team and making a big difference?

Are you thorough and detail orientated?

Do you have experience with administrative tasks like ISO, IIP or Health and Safety documentation?

If the answer is

yes

to any of these, then this job may well be of interest. As a growing construction industry business with 110 staff (a majority of whom are contractors), and some high-profile clients, there is a lot of organising and pulling things together by supporting the Office Manager in their administrative duties. There are currently two people in the admin department, a manager and an apprentice, so your experience and support will be essential to the ever-expanding business. The role would suit someone with a solid background in admin who is flexible to the demands of the job, comfortable speaking to customers and contractors, and is looking for a stable job in a good company. This company is an ISO organisation, is working towards IIP and is going from strength to strength, hence the need for an experienced all-round Office Administrator to help the office manager with a growing workload. Immediate start for the right person but the company will wait.
