Office Administrator/Marketing Manager

Overview:

This role serves as the central administrative hub for our business, requiring a proactive and organized individual to maintain documentation and manage various logistics for both staff and tenants. Additionally, as the lead for marketing and promotions, you’ll ensure our online and in-person property presence remains up-to-date, consistent, and professional

This position will collaborate closely with three leads in marketing, property management, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact within the company, providing professional assistance to all inquiries.

Stay informed about daily operations and updates to answer questions, collaborating with Operations and other team members as needed.

Manage the timely distribution of office mail and maintain office supply inventory.

Promote our brand by fostering a sense of community through tenant contests, social media posts, e-letters, and other engagement efforts.

Regularly audit and update all websites with fresh, relevant content.

Complete errands and out-of-office tasks

Provide general administrative and property management support to the office.

Assist staff with IT needs and coordinate outsourced services when required, ensuring smooth operation of office equipment.
