We are working with our client, a thriving player in the wine industry. We are seeking a skilled Finance and Admin Specialist to join them and contribute to the success of their operations. Role: Office Administrator

Location: Hermanus, Western Cape

Salary: R 10 000 – R 13 000

Key Responsibilities

Managing financial functions using Pastel Partner up to trial balance

Handling debtors, including invoicing, and creditors

Overseeing warehousing, deliveries, and stock

General office administration, including petty cash management

Maintaining an organized filing system

Managing shared calendar and promptly responding to calls and emails

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of finance and admin functions

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial or admin role

Proficient in Pastel Partner and Excel

Strong knowledge of debtors and creditors processes

Commitment to deadlines and ability to work accurately and efficiently

Excellent problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset

Exceptional customer orientation and teamwork skills

Own transport and valid driver’s license
