We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic data input, knowledge of basic accounting practices, and the ability to efficiently manage all aspects of running an office independently. Experience with Sage will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle general office administration, including responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies

– Basic data input and document management

– Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, inputting of incoming goods & costings

– Organize meetings, appointments, and schedules

– Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily office operations

– Handle correspondence, filing, and other administrative duties as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

– Experience in office administration or similar roles

– Basic knowledge of accounting principles

– Experience with Sage will be considered an asset

– Strong organizational and time-management skills

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
