As Admin and Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Organizing company meetings and ensuring all activities run smoothly
Handling reception tasks (including mail sorting, distribution, courier services, etc.)
Ordering and managing office supplies (including stationeries, pantry items, toner, etc.)
Monitoring and maintaining office facilities and equipment
Vendor management and liaising for payment
Access authorization into the office building and spaces
Coordinating with the local building management for events, fire drills, routine checks, etc.
Supporting any team related activities and events
Being the back up support for the Executive Assistant
Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
This is a part time position, with 3-day work week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (10AM – 4PM)*
