Position Overview

The Administrative Operations Specialist assists the Court Administrator in leading, planning, organizing, developing, and coordinating areas such as human resource, position, and operating budget management.

Summary of Job Duties

Assists the Judge and Court Administrator in developing and maintaining personnel manual, employee evaluations, position descriptions, employee performance, and personnel files

Supports completion of payroll; including employee leave management, attendance and punctuality management, and other duties involved with payroll.
Assists with the maintenance of the operation budget, including approving purchase requisitions, purchase orders, budget transfers, and other budgeting management needs.

Human Resource duties include tasks such as collaborating on needs assessments for the purpose of evaluating, training, and maintaining personnel needs, developing employee training programs, take part in discipline and grievance issues that may arise, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
