Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Administrator to join our client team. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing back-office support, handling invoicing and purchase orders, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Provide efficient back-office support to ensure smooth operations.

Generate and manage invoices accurately and on time.

Process purchase orders and maintain records of transactions.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.

Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.

Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.

Diploma or degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
