The Role:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations, as well as providing assistance to staff and management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Principal Accountabilities:

Greet visitors, prepare access cards and direct them to appropriate personnel or meeting areas,

Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner,

Handle inquiries from employees and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Receiving and sending correspondence (post, courier),

Ordering office supplies,

Ordering catering and making restaurant reservations for internal and external meetings – cooperation with regular suppliers,

Cooperation with the cleaning team and building reception,

Organization of transport for internal and external trips.

Skills and Experience Required:

Strong organizational and time management skills,

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities,

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines,

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work,

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications,

Fluent English,

Availability to work from the office – either a full-time or a part-time position.
