Subsurface is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Excel, experience in bookkeeping tasks such as preparing quarterly reports, handling payroll, and generating weekly reports. Familiarity with QuickBooks for invoicing purposes is also essential. In addition to bookkeeping responsibilities, this position requires excellent secretarial skills, including filing, typing letters, and maintaining office organization. We are looking for a team player who is dedicated to ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to quarterly reports, payroll administration, and weekly reports.
– Utilize Excel to accurately and efficiently handle financial data, calculations, and analysis.
– Proficiently operate QuickBooks to generate invoices, track payments, and ensure accurate financial records.
– Perform secretarial duties such as filing, typing letters, and maintaining office organization.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and contribute to a positive work environment.
– Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
– Proven experience and advanced proficiency in Excel for financial data management and analysis.
– Strong background in bookkeeping tasks, including experience with quarterly reports, payroll administration, and weekly reports.
– Proficiency in using QuickBooks for invoicing and managing financial records.
– Excellent secretarial skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
– Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
– Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently.
– Previous experience or knowledge in the field of office manegment.
