SUMMARY
To support and maintain an efficient, effective, and organized department by providing administrative support duties to the Operations Supervisor and the Trashco & Diesel department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assist customers with trash and diesel inquiries & scheduling.
Confirm credit status for charge accounts for customers requesting service.
Ensure payment is received for COD customers after invoicing.
Assist with preparing quotations, sales documents and service contracts.
Assist with preparation and update of driver daily schedule with Operations Supervisor
Assist with tracking and updating of trash bin inventory
Assist with tracking of customer bin request’s
Maintain and update customer and vendor records (rebates, PO, reconciling, etc.)
Assist with maintaining files for drivers, fleet trucks and training files under direction of Operations Supervisor
Maintain and organize the department files, policies and procedures
Review all dockets and documents for completeness and accuracy
Prepare work orders for drivers daily, timely and accurately
Invoice work orders daily for trash and diesel
Research, file, and prepare documents, as directed
Maintain department supplies
Open, input and close work orders daily
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
1-2 years’ experience in office administration
Experience in Microsoft office suite programs
