Our goal is to provide exemplary support for engineering, construction, litigation and property boundary matters throughout San Diego County anbd our neighboring deserts. Our clients include governmental agencies, utility districts and a great number of private sector developers throughout Southern California. We have completed & delivered hundreds of topographic surveys, boundary surveys, civil design and construction surveys on a vast array of private, public, municipal and state regulated projects.

Office Administrator

Duties:

– Manage and oversee daily office operations

– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

– Assist with land surveying management tasks, such as map/document processing at County of San Diego

– New customer/project setup in Quickbooks & project files

– Assist with proposals and pursuits

– Provide support to team members and ensure smooth workflow of deliverables to clients

– Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record keeping

– Handle incoming calls; obtain necessary project information

– Maintain & update CRM

Experience:

– Proven experience in office administration or related field

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

– Proficient in Quickbooks

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Knowledge of Construction Management and/or Real Estate Management is a plus

– Knowledge of Civil Engineering and/or Land Surveying is a guaranteed interview

– Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks

– Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles

– Experience with vendor management and procurement processes

Requirements:

– 80%+ of time in office (not remote)

– 3+ years of invoicing, AR, or Project Management experience

– Coachable with the ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.

– Resourceful. Finds different ways to solve problems, not afraid to ask questions.
