Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our Clients team. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, handling general office tasks, organizing meetings, managing emails, creating Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and making block diagrams and flow charts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills for the exchange of information and be proficient in basic software tools.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support teams in completing tasks and projects.

Perform general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Organize and schedule meetings, including sending invites and preparing meeting materials.

Manage and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.

Create and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MoM) to relevant parties.

Make block diagrams and flow charts to visualize processes and workflows.

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Requirements:

Proficiency in basic software tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience in coordinating small teams and handling general office tasks.

Ability to organize meetings and prepare meeting materials.

Strong communication skills for the exchange of information.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
