We are currently seeking an Office Administrator for a top not for profit in Dublin. This is a 6 month contract and hybrid remote.

Responsibilities:

Administration of client invoicing as well as the payment of invoices.

Organise and schedule client meetings when required.

Point of contact meeting clients visiting the office.

Administrative projects as assigned by operations team.

Data entry, correspondence, typing and report compilation.

Manage inbound and outbound post including stamping of post received.

Ensuring upkeep of office, meeting rooms and maintaining stock levels.

Typing reports and correspondence, filing and server file maintenance.

Assembling of files for dispatch.

Essential Requirements

Experience in a similar office based role.

Strong MS office, excel, word and powerpoint.

Excellent interpersonal, numerical and communication skills.

Ability to work on own initiative essential.

Ability to manage a busy schedule.

Strong time management and organisational skills.

Strong attention to detail, reliability & flexibility.

Confidentiality/discretion to the highest standard.
