Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and update the HR database and timesheet records
  • Perform basic bookkeeping work
  • Conduct orientations for all new colleagues
  • Assists in company business operations, such as document preparation and report generation
  • Handle administrative works
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Asso. Degree or Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or above in HR / Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Working experience in related disciplines is preferred
  • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded and able to work independently and diligently
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Language ability: English / Chinese (written and verbal)
