Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and update the HR database and timesheet records
- Perform basic bookkeeping work
- Conduct orientations for all new colleagues
- Assists in company business operations, such as document preparation and report generation
- Handle administrative works
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Asso. Degree or Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or above in HR / Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Working experience in related disciplines is preferred
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded and able to work independently and diligently
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Language ability: English / Chinese (written and verbal)
