A leading tier1 contractor in Dublin requires an administrator on a temporary contract.

Up to €45,000

This will be initially a 6 months contract.

Experienced Administrator in West Dublin Head Office to provide a broad range of administrative support and coordination services to the Supply Chain and Procurement Team.

The administrator will be the key point of contact for meeting coordination, team support and any ad hoc administrative tasks. They will be a professional administrator who always works with integrity and discretion.

You will be:

Managing all correspondence in a proactive manner.

Deliver training to other employees on the systems/databases.

Preparing meetings, prepare collateral and wrangle the working group members to achieve their tasks.

Data Entry and logging

Taking ownership for diary management and coordination with the business and external stakeholders.

Arranging meeting rooms and room setups as required.

Undertaking any ad hoc administrative tasks as requested.

Calculating the monthly board packs and circulates in a timely fashion to allow meeting participants to review the content in advance.

A good team player and have great attention to detail.

Good communication skills as they’d be speaking to suppliers and subcontractors as well as internal stakeholders (project QS’s etc..)

You will have:

Third Level Qualification

Previous experience working in a Construction/Engineering environment is a plus but not essential.

2-4yrs experience working as an administrator
