Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, managing office equipment, and providing excellent customer service. This role is based in Cincinnati, OH, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills

Experience with office equipment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Prior experience in healthcare or physical therapy is a plus

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field helpful – but not required

This is a part-time position that can grow to a full-time position based on company growth and the applicant’s desire to learn new skills or take on more responsibilities/roles.
