Job Summary:
We are a small 1 Dr and 1 Hygienist office seeking an organized and experienced part time Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management. Ideal candidate will work along side Financial Manager assisting in daily operations, sharing tasks 2 days a week.

Duties:
– Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
– Assist administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
– Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as necessary
– Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
– Plan, schedule and coordinate monthly office meetings
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (HIPAA Compliance Officer)
– Handle confidential information with discretion

– Verify insurance benefits

– Organize pull and update charts for upcoming work days ( make sure all updated)

– Maintain a productive and timely schedule for dentist and hygienist

Experience:
– Proven experience in office setting or related administrative roles
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software (Eaglesoft preferred)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skill
– Knowledge of dental office setting is preferred
