Optima is currently seeking an Office Administrator to perform various office and clerical duties to ensure our practice runs at optimal efficiency. The ideal Office Administrator will be expected to prioritize the office needs and balance tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
Oversee overall office functions such as supply ordering, replenishment of snacks, coffee, etc.
Manage vendors related to property management (i.e., cleaners).
Sort mail and ensure it is given to appropriate departments.
Act as a liaison for front of house.
Coordinate calendars for meetings scheduled in office.
Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Assist with calendar/travel coordination for C-Suite & Director level.
Office Administrator Job Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
