OUR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

As an Office Administrator you will undertake a variety of day-to-day tasks and will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. An excellent Office Administrator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with great communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed in order to add maximum value to the organization. 

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure a smooth running of the office and administrative processes in a proactive manner 

Maintain nice office environment and ensure it is well organized 

Act as a first point of contact for company visitors

Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence and deliveries

Manage relationship with landlord, vendors and service providers

Initiate, organize & support company events, celebrations and other team activities 

Prepare and administrate internal documents, manage invoices

Take care of company’s Health and Safety process

Support other team members with different requests

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in an international company

Excellent communication skills and fluent in Lithuanian and English

Able to organize workload by priority and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong sense of responsibility and eagle-eye for the details

Willingness and ability to learn new things

Good knowledge of MS Office
