About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, adaptable Office Administrator to join our fast-paced Digital Assets & Cryptocurrency team at Harris & Trotter Digital Assets.
This is a versatile, hands-on role where no two days are the same. From supporting senior leadership to managing day-to-day office operations and onboarding clients, you’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities across the business.
You’ll be part of a small but high-performing admin team, where everyone takes ownership, keeps things moving, and supports each other. You’ll need to be someone who takes pride in getting things done, maintains a professional attitude, and can stay calm and focused under pressure—even when the work is repetitive or fast-moving.
This is a great opportunity to grow quickly in a company where visibility and impact matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating client onboarding and compliance checks including AML documentation, identity verification, and risk assessments
Maintaining accurate filing systems and keeping statutory records up to date
Ensuring high standards are met across all admin-related processes
Supporting the onboarding of new employees and ensuring smooth internal workflows
Liaising between departments, partners, and clients with professionalism
Formatting documents and communications for both internal and external use
Managing post, supplies, and the overall office environment
Supporting events, social activities, and wider team initiatives
Using social media tools to help share content
Identifying small ways to improve day-to-day efficiency and processes
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail — especially when handling documents or data
Able to follow compliance processes carefully and work with pace and accuracy
Versatile, adaptable working style — happy to take on a range of tasks and responsibilities
Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities
A positive, professional attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Self-starter who works well independently but enjoys being part of a team
Confidence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word in particular)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous admin or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not essential

Understands that small, routine tasks play a big role in company success
Likes variety and being involved in different areas of the business
Works well in a small team where everyone pulls their weight
Is keen to grow and take on more responsibility over time
