Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years Tasks Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Support for newcomers and refugees Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
Support for Indigenous people Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations Supports for visible minorities Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.)
