Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant who can provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in making sure our customers stay happy and our drivers stay on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls.
Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes for water delivery drivers
Monitor live delivery progress and handle rescheduling or delays as needed
Manage delivery scheduling, customer support, and basic office/admin duties.
Process orders, invoices, and basic data entry
Maintain accurate customer records and delivery instructions
Utilize Google Workspace tools to collaborate with team members and manage documents.
Provide administrative support to the leadership team

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in data entry and use of various software applications.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and dispatch/CRM tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or office admin strongly preferred
Positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, sales, executive support.
Ability to work independently (mandatory)
Attention to detail (mandatory)
Computer literate and ability to learn quickly
