Vehiship is seeking a full-time Office Administrator & Recruiter to add to it’s team. They will be a vital addition to our organization and will gain valuable knowledge and first-hand experience within the Transportation / Logistics Industry. SAMPLING OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Correspond with customers and drivers
  • Field incoming phone calls
  • Monitor and process mail, company email, and fax
  • Enter new clients and orders into database
  • Verify, scan, and save documents
  • Send documents and correspondence to clients and terminal managers
  • Monitor freight and inventory
  • Process carrier paperwork
  • Daily status calls and updates to drivers
  • Updating orders in database
  • Other administrative duties as needed
  • Recruiting calls
  • New Hire training
