Position: Office Administrator / Bookkeeper (Full-Time)

Work Schedule: Onsite, 40 hours per week

Primary Responsibility:
As anOffice Administrator / Bookkeeperat RB Tools, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks necessary for smooth functioning.

Essential Functions:

Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy.

Accounts Payable (A/P):Handle accounts payable processes efficiently.

HR Support:Assist with human resources-related tasks.

Payroll:Manage payroll functions.

Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:Minimum of2 yearshandling accounts payable.

Work Environment:Willingness to thrive in asmall business environment.

Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication.

Software Proficiency:Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Payroll Experience:A plus.

Knowledge of MRP:Familiarity withJob Boss(MRP software) is helpful.
