SUPERHERO JOB SUMMARY

The Wound Pros LLC is looking for a superstarOffice Administratorwho will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. ThisOffice Administratoris responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, and task delegation. The successful Office Assistant is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organised, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED

Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, or related.

2+ years healthcare industry experience or related industry

Knowledge and experience of administrative management practices and procedures

Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures

Experience working with healthcare related technologies, data, and software(s)

Excellent presentation skills In-Person & on Zoom Meetings

Prior experience in cross-functional roles and team collaboration

Experience in mobile technologies (Slack, email, AirCall, Push Notifications)

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational and planning skills

Technical aptitude with ability to adapt, learn quickly, and teach others

Proficient use of MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Zendesk (CRM), Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.
