We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our friendly and supportive team in our Louth office as an Office Administrator/Receptionist.

About the Role:
This permanent position is ideal for someone looking for a role that combines front desk responsibilities with general administrative support in a busy, welcoming office environment.
Key Duties
- Dealing with clients both face to face and on the telephone.
- Organising appointments for clients with various individuals.
- General admin and secretarial duties including answering the phone, typing letters, emails, etc. as well as ad hoc.
- Maintaining clients internal records
- Greeting visitors to the office, preparing meeting areas as needed
- Some sales ledger duties including raising invoices to be sent out to clients through our software.
- Dealing with the petty cash.
- Dealing with the post both incoming and outgoing.
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies as required.
- General office management duties including overseeing required maintenance and housekeeping
- New client onboarding – in line with Anti Money Laundering processes
- E-filing relevant documents to governing bodies
Requirements
- Punctual, reliable and with good communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone.
- Ability to work unaided, sometimes to meet deadlines.
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Good organisational skills and time management.
- Preferably, but not essential, previous experience of working within a professional office.
Hours: Tuesday (8.45am-5.15pm) – Friday (8.45am-4pm), all year round
