Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Quality Inn by Choice Hotels. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
– Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms
– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
– Process reservations, cancellations, and check-outs accurately
– Operate the hotel’s phone system and assist with guest inquiries
– Perform night audit duties as needed
– Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
– Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area
Skills
– Experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred
– Proficiency in using phone systems and reservation software
– Strong customer service and guest relations skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
– Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for assisting diverse guests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.70 – $15.44 per hour
