Primary Responsibilities:
As an Office Administrator working remotely, your responsibilities would include supporting a team with the following activities:
Support the overall business needs of one or more of our investment advisory partners
Act as the key support person making sure the business runs smoothly including client communication, reporting, billing etc.
Manage and administer the quarterly client reporting process
Support advisors by organizing and preparing needed meeting marketing materials, quarterly performance reporting and other client mailings
Assist advisors with on-boarding of new clients: populate our standard contract with new client information, obtain all appropriate forms from custodian, and works with each new client to ensure accurate completion, and coordinate submission with the custodian for processing
Assist with the timely completion and submission of all client related transaction requests and subscription documents
Assist with the billing process and tracking of invoices
Serve as on-going liaison between advisors and custodian, project managing account openings and maintenance paperwork
Organize and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), reporting, and filing systems

Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills
Independent, self-starter who takes ownership of all tasks given and provides updates and continual communication with client and supporting advisor
Attitude that no request is too small and a willingness to own a task from start to finish to ensure that the work is done correctly and on time
0-3 years of experience in financial services preferred
Proficiency with Excel preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
