Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations.
Coordinate and schedule customer requests.
Manage field staff and vendor schedules.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
Organize and maintain office files and documents.
Ensure efficient operation of office equipment, including phone systems and computer networks.
Assist with company projects and initiatives as needed.
Skills:
Superior organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software applications
Demonstrated good-natured and cooperative demeanor when dealing with others
