Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
This incumbent provides an array of administrative support functions to clients and professional staff of the clinic. The primary functions include admissions, medical records, property management, mail and safety. Incumbent is responsible for all issues regarding the building and the building lease. Communicates with the Landlord and maintenance workers (plumbers, electrician, HVAC engineer, etc.) as needed and keeps clinic manager fully informed of such. Interfaces with the Office of Telecommunications and assures all telephone systems are working and maintained properly. Works closely with the AAHSD Centralized Billing Unit.
