Client Overview
Our client is seeking an Office Assistant for a fast-paced Office Assistant who will handle all aspects of running the day-to-day operations of the office as well as certain property management tasks. The Office Assistant will report to senior partners of the company and play a pivotal role in helping the company run smoothly.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$25/hr – $30/hr

As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of this office. You will be the go-to person for administrative tasks, helping to maintain organization and efficiency across teams. This Office Assistant role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities Of The Office Assistant
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and friendliness.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Schedule appointments, and meetings, and manage calendars.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications for the Office Assistant:
Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate’s degree is preferred.
