you will play a key role in supporting facilities operations, primarily focusing on vendor management and procurement processes. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate vendor activities
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and resolve procurement-related issues
Track and manage work orders using a custom work order system
Assist vendors in closing work orders on time
Oversee vendor performance and ensure compliance with service expectations
Coordinate vendor schedules and on-site activities as needed

Must-Have Skills:

Strong computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Windows Suite)
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills for effective vendor and client interaction

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Required Experience:

2+ years of experience in an office or facilities-related environment
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively

Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $31.03 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
