We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our TikTok Live Agency. We recruit and manage live hosts for TikTok U.S and frequenty organize events with TikTok U.S both online and offline. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are a startup company that has plenty of room for everyone in our organization to grow. Your duties will include:

– Answering and directing phone calls
– Screening and scheduling New Talent
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Assisting with project coordination and tracking progress
– Maintaining and organizing files, both physical and digital
– Providing general administrative support to staff

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

– Proficiency in phone systems and handling incoming calls with professionalism
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Experience working in an office environment, performing various administrative tasks
– Knowledge of project coordination principles and ability to assist in tracking project progress
– Excellent file management skills, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
– Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
– Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills when interacting with clients or visitors
– Previous experience as a medical receptionist or working at a front desk is a plus
– Ability to provide personal assistant support to executives or managers when needed
