RSS Mobile Trailer Repair is a growing powerhouse in the Trucking Industry. RSS has been in business for over 31 years and has nearly 400 team members located in 15 states! We are currently looking to expand our office team in the Taylor, MI area.
About the Job
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as an office assistant. Must have organizational and problem-solving skills, be detail oriented, excel in time-management, and will have the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Excellent inter-personal skills, both written and verbal, are critical. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is necessary. We welcome individuals who are early in their career and are eager to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office setting.
$19-$23/hour Commensurate with experience.
Full Time.
Monday-Friday.
Benefits after 90 days.
Training provided.
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Customer Service:
Answer phone calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and managers.
Provide information about services and pricing.
Handle customer questions and billing inquiries.
Administrative tasks:
Support the day-to-day management needs within the Shop.
Ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Manage customer records.
Process invoices and handle some billing for repairs and parts.
Assist with paperwork related to work orders.
Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable, tracking expenses and processing payments.
Other special projects and tasks as assigned.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or shop-related software is desired
Experience in a repair shop or within the trucking industry is a plus!
