Assist with inventory management and supply ordering

Prepare and distribute internal communications

Support staff with administrative tasks and project coordination

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of discretion and professionalism
