Position duties include
Be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. Answer incoming calls to the office, greet visitors, and answer general questions from clients and staff.
Coordinate and perform initial/annual training. Work with new employees and help them get onboarded to the TRU team!
Input data into EMR/HRIS systems timely and accurately.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants will be comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged.
Applicants should have the ability to think quickly, problem solve, and comfortable making phone calls to other agencies, referral sources, and clinics.
Working knowledge of MS Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and Outlook Calendars.
High attention to detail is a must to be successful in this role.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM.
