Job Responsibilities:

Act as Manager On Duty.
Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
Check-in and out guests, make and cancel reservations, answer telephones, handle guest complaints and requests,
Assist in supervising the front desk functions, ensure staff is properly trained including service expectations, hotel facilities and services, local directions and attractions.
Assist revenue management with the implementation and execution of programs to ensure that the hotel’s room occupancy and Average Daily Rate objectives are met.
Monitors daily status of rooms, rates, discount rates and packages
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, housekeeping and associated functions along with creating schedules.
Monitor staff performance
Assist Front Desk Associate with drops/bank to ensure they balance at the end of shift.
Must have open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Must have hotel experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
